"Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens."
-Carl Jung
This work is for you if...You’ve tried pushing through, but the pain hasn't let up.You’ve outgrown old ways of living, but don’t yet know what’s next. You feel something isn't quite right, but you're not sure what it is, or why.You long for clarity, fulfillment, and a deeper sense of meaning and purpose — but feel stuck, lost, burnt out, or empty. You might hear a deeper voice whispering, “Is this all there is?”The real work begins when we stop ignoring it. There’s wisdom in what you’re feeling — even if you don’t understand it yet.The suffering isn't a flaw. It's an invitation: Into greater self-awareness, consciousness, wholeness, and transformation.
"Do not go outside yourself; return within. In the inner man dwells truth.”
— St. Augustine
I assist clients in developing greater insight, resilience, and capacity for healing, supporting a process of becoming more integrated and whole — emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually. This work is about reconnecting with what is true and meaningful in your life. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect with compassion, and make sense of your experiences with greater clarity and honesty.Together, we’ll uncover and tend to the wounds beneath the surface, discern a path forward that is grounded and life-giving, and step more fully into life with engagement, intention, and vitality.
“Those who have a ‘why’ to live, can bear almost any ‘how.’”
-Viktor Frankl
I’ve always been drawn to the deeper questions —
Who am I?
Why am I here?
What does it mean to live a life that matters? After many years of soul-searching, those questions ultimately led me into the field of counseling, where psychological healing, meaning, and faith intersect. I approach therapy with a deep respect for the dignity of the person, the reality of suffering, and the potential for healing and transformation. My academic and personal journey exposed me to a wide range of psychological, philosophical, and contemplative traditions. That background allows me to thoughtfully work with clients from many belief systems and backgrounds. For clients who desire it, I integrate faith into therapy in a way that is clinically appropriate, ethically grounded, and respectful of Christian teaching. Faith integration is always client-led and never imposed. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, my clinical approach is evidence-based, relational, and depth-oriented. It draws primarily from Jungian and existential psychology, Gestalt therapy, and positive psychology. My work is trauma-informed and focused on helping clients develop clarity, emotional resilience, and a more integrated sense of self.

-Carl Jung
